Return Policy
BernieDexter.com only offers exchanges. BernieDexter.com does not offer refunds. Please email customer service at Info@berniedexter.com to be made eligible for an exchange.

Any item that is returned for an exchange must be returned before 7 days after delivery or purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund nor an exchange.

There are certain situations where exchanges can not be granted (if applicable).
(1) Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
(2) Any item that is returned after 7 days after delivery or purchase.

Exempt
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

BernieDexter.com honors exchanges only on items returned in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it within 7 days of the delivery date of the package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your case has been made eligible and your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you wish to exchange an item. A 15% restocking fee & shipping fee will be applied during your exchange request.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are final sale. Please contact us at Info@berniedexter.com with any questions.

Discount codes (if applicable)
Discount codes are not honored if you do not enter the code. We do not back refund money for codes on past purchases.

Please email customer service at Info@berniedexter.comto be eligible for an exchange before shipping your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
